Our Apple & Hibiscus Pink Gin is a celebration of British produce, made using wonky apples from Loddington Farm in Kent.
Unlike a traditional 'pink gin', our Apple & Hibiscus is sugar free and all natural. The apples are vapour distilled for a crisp freshness that makes for a delicate and versatile gin that's a favourite with bartenders.
Known as the ‘gin drinker’s pink’, this artisan rosé gin is naturally sweet, balanced with fresh citrus notes and has a smooth finish. Try it with your favourite tonic and a slice of fresh apple.
Apple, Hibiscus, Vanilla, Orange, Lemon, Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, Orris Root
Nose - Fresh apple, lightly sweet perfume
Palate - Fresh apple, soft spice and citrus
Finish - Smooth, creamy vanilla
Add 50ml Apple & Hibiscus Gin to a highball glass filled with ice, top with Mediterranean tonic and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.

REGENERATIVE FARMING IN KENT
Farming with Nature
Loddington Farm is a 5th generation family-owned business, regeneratively farming since 1882.
With a focus on health, nature and climate, James and his team farm in harmony of nature and are always seeking to reduce the impact of climate change.

Repurposing 'wonky' apples

'Wonky' apples
Too big, too small or just not pretty enough, some apples aren't destined for the supermarket shelves.
So James and his team bring them when they're doing their deliveries, and drop them off at our east London distillery.

Hand cored
Poised and ready to go, our distilling team quickly get to work hand coring each and every apple.
The cores aren't wasted and go to the worms in our on-site composter.

Vapour distilled
The sliced apples are then put into baskets and placed in the column of Rae, our 450l copper still.
Vapour distilling (rather than boiling in the pot) keeps the apple flavour light and fresh, rather than stewed and sticky sweet.

Hand bottled
Once the liquid is ready, a natural pigment is added to give it it's gorgeous pink blush colour.
Then it's ready for bottling - our bottles are all made in the UK using recycled glass.

The final destination
All of the water in these apples has been replaced with alcohol so they are now extremely boozy!
We pack them up and send them off to the Green Michelin-starred restaurant, Apricity, in Mayfair, who turn it into something delicious such as apple ketchup.
